What is ACTS?

You are invited to join us for a spiritually uplifting weekend. Set aside some time for God and yourself. Get away from your usual busy schedule and join women like yourself who are seeking God's answers to life, family, and eternity. This weekend is an opportunity to strengthen your faith, renew yourself spiritually, and create friendships with some awesome women. All women aged 21 and older are encouraged to attend. 

The purpose of the ACTS weekend is to invite the retreatants into a new or deeper relationship with the Lord and with other faithful women through Adoration and daily prayer;  Community awareness as a member of the Body of Christ; Theology encouraging study of our faith and God’s Word; and promoting the virtue of Service to our Lord and one another.

The retreat begins  with check-in. Transportation will be provided to and from the Retreat Center in Winthrop, Maine. We will return on Sunday, with Homecoming Mass.

 “I am a cradle Catholic but had no
concept of having a relationship with
Jesus Christ until 5 years ago.
However, a few years after that, I
reached a block in my relationship. In
the fall of 2016, I was invited to attend
an ACTS retreat. Through that retreat,
God's love and mercy filled my heart
and soul. I became aware of the power
and grace of God in my life and the
meaning of Christ's suffering, death,
and Resurrection. This all led to a
deepening of my faith, and I began
developing a more intimate relationship
