Matrimony

Congratulations on the announcement of your marriage! We would be happy to answer any questions about having a Catholic wedding. Please call our office at least 6 months in advance to schedule a meeting with a priest.

Our four church sites, (Falmouth, Freeport, Gray and Yarmouth) all have halls with full kitchens that can hold up to 100 guests. Each site is handicapped accessible and plently of parking.

The Sacrament of Matrimony

The matrimonial covenant, by which a man and a woman establish between themselves a partnership of the whole of life, is by its nature ordered toward the good of the spouses and the procreation and education of offspring; this covenant between baptized persons has been raised by Christ the Lord to the dignity of a sacrament.
