How can I reach a priest in an emergency?

How do I get a Mass intention?
You can fill out a mass intention online at the link : https://pothe.org/mass-intentions. We have also placed Mass intention envelopes in the Narthex (back) of each church. Drop it in the Offertory basket or return it to the office in Falmouth. Please include your phone number. You can also visit the office and complete the envelope there.
I would like to meet with Fr. Tracy. How can I make an appointment?
Fr. Tracy is available throughout the week except on Thursdays for appointments. Please contact him directly at Philip.tracy@portlanddiocese.org or his office phone 553-7041 to set up an appointment.
I would like to volunteer in the parish. How do I do that?
Participating in a parish ministry is a fine way to practice the corporal and spiritual works of mercey. You may call Kim Palli, Communications Director, at 207.553-9075 to discuss your interests and skills and how they can fit the needs of our ministries. As an alternative, view the ministry pages on this website and connect with the contact person.
How can I get my child baptized?
Please call Deacon Dennis Popadak (207.847.6884) or Kim Lovett (207.553.7042). We ask parents to attend a Baptism Preparation Class prior to the baptism of their first child. Baptisms are generally scheduled either during or after one of our Sunday Masses.
How do I schedule my wedding at a church in the parish?
The first step is to meet with one of our priests or deacon at least six months before your preferred date to discuss Christian marriage. Call the office 207.847.6890 to arrange that appointment and to check your desired date(s).
How do register a child for Faith Formation class?
Registration for Faith Formation takes place during the summer at each church. Classes begin after Labor Day. To register at another time, call Kim Lovett, 207.553.7042.
How do I provide information for the Bulletin?
Items for the bulletin are due 10 days in advance of the Friday on which the bulletin is published. Submit your item via e-mail to kim.palli@portlanddiocese.org.
Does the Parish offer Eucharistic Adoration opportunities?
Adoration is held Monday at Holy Martyrs Church in Falmouth from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Adoration is held at St. Gregory in Gray on Friday from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm. Bad weather may cause cancellation; if so, our home page will show an alert for the cancellation.
Sacrament of Confession
Held every Saturday at 3:15 pm at Holy Martyrs, Sacred Heart and St. Gregory or at any time by appointment with the priest.
Anointing of the Sick and Pastoral Care to the Sick and Homebound
Please call the parish office with the name, condition, address, and phone number of the person in need.
