The Parish of the Holy Eucharist, (Falmouth, Freeport, Gray, Yarmouth, ME) is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Parish Business Coordinator to join our team. This is a full time exempt/salaried position which reports directly to the Pastor. Duties include but are not limited to: financial management and reporting; cash receipts control; payroll and accounts payable control; human resource management; attendance at finance and pastoral council meetings; participation in diocesan Business Coordinator meetings; adherence to internal audit controls. Applicants should have business management experience; be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church; work collaboratively with others; have attention to detail; the ability to multi-task; excellent communication skills; and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
