We have a practice of dismissing the young children to a designated area during the following Sunday Masses, to hear the Word proclaimed at their age level:

 8:30 am at St. Gregory
 9:30 am at St Jude
10:30 am at Holy Martyrs 
11:00 am at Sacred Heart
 

Historically and liturgically, Liturgy of the Word for Children exists so that the children will experience the same parts of the Mass that the older children and adult worshippers experience in the church.  It is not intended to be faith formation, a time of study, but an experience of Jesus and community.
Will you come forward to share 15 minutes of your time and witness of faith with our young children, once or twice a month?
