Available after all Masses on November 24,25 and December 1,2 The Catholic Church designates the four weeks before Christmas as Advent, a time to “prepare the way of the Lord” for His coming as our King and Savior at Christmas. Our church teaches us that by celebrating the liturgy of Advent each year, we call to mind this ancient expectancy of the Messiah. By participating in various time-honored traditions and rituals, Catholic families can engage more fully in the seasons of Advent and Christmas.
